McGraw Man Charged With Felony DWI Following Rollover Crash in Truxton
A Village of McGraw man is facing a felony D-W-I charge after he rolled his vehicle over on Maybury road in the Town of Truxton Wednesday.

State Police say, 42 year old Richard Talada of McGraw was intoxicated when he rolled over his vehicle around 11:30 Wednesday night. Troopers say Talada was driving alone and was not wearing his seatbelt at the time of the crash.

Talada was taken to Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse for treatment of minor injuries; he refused a blood test to determine his alcohol level.

Talada is facing a felony charge due to a prior DWI conviction within the last 10 years. Talada is due in Truxton town court at a later date.
