Two Cortland County Residents Charged With Welfare Fraud
Two residents of the Budget Inn on Route 11 in Homer are facing welfare fraud charges.

Cortland County Sheriff’s Investigators have charged 42 year old Kelley E. Card and 33 year old Jennifer R. Dellow, with a felony charge of grand larceny and a misdemeanor charge of conspiracy.
Both Card and Dellow were arrested Tuesday, Police say between July and August Card and Dellow used another individual’s public assistance benefit card to purchase merchandise from Price Chopper and Tops in excess of $2000.00. 
Dellow was also charged with a misdemeanor count of petit larceny using the same benefit card to make a $400 purchase at Wal Mart.
Both Dellow and Card were released on appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Cortlandville Court on Nov. 18th.
