Lansing Man Charged With Felony D-W-I Following Traffic Stop Sunday
A Town of Lansing man is facing a felony D-W-I charge following a traffic stop Sunday in Lansing.

State Police stopped 28 year old Bryan Tucker of Lansing, NY for not having a working plate lamp while on Asbury Road.
During the stop it was determined that Tucker was under the influence of alcohol.  Tucker was previously convicted of DWI in April of 2007, which made the current arrest a felony charge.
 
Tucker was ticketed and released, he’s due in Lansing Town court on October 22nd.
