East Homer Man Accused of Forcible Touching
A Town of Homer man is accused of having unwanted contact with a child under 17.

Cortland County Sheriff's Deputies have charged 34 year old James Albro of 2265 East River Road with one count each of forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child; both misdemeanor charges. Police say last Saturday Albro had physical contact with an individual under 17 who was visiting Albro’s family.
Albro was arrested Sunday, he was arraigned in the Town of Homer Court and sent to the Cortland County Jail on $1500.00 cash, $3000.00 bond, he’s due back in Court today.
