East Homer Man Arrested Following Domestic Dispute
A Town of Homer man is facing charges following a domestic dispute last month at a home in East Homer.
39 year old Timothy Kemp of 5338 East Homer Crossing Road, Homer was arrested on August 31st and charged with misdemeanor counts of endangering the welfare of a child and criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation.
Cortland County Sheriff’s Deputies were called to Kemp’s home for a reported dispute; police did not provide specifics of what prompted Kemp’s arrest. Kemp was arraigned at the Town of Preble Court and released on his own recognizance; he was due back in court on September 3rd.
