Cortland Man  Accused of Break-in at Main Street Restaurant
Cortland City Police have charged a local man after he broke into a Main Street restaurant and stole money.

City Police say 22 year old Matthew Hudson of 141 Tompkins Street was arrested Saturday and charged with a felony count of burglary and a misdemeanor charge of petit larceny.
 
Police say Hudson was an employee of the Hot Tamale Restaurant at 46 Main Street, he used a key to let himself into the business after hours and stole $460 from the business.
 
Hudson was arraigned in City Court and sent to the County Jail on $2 thousand dollars cash, he’s due back in court today.
