Cortlandville Man Arrested After Arguement With Ex-girlfriend

A Cortlandville man is facing charges following a domestic dispute at the Kwik Fill gas station on Tompkins Street Extension.

Around 4 o'clock in the morning on June 28th, County Sheriff’s Department responded to the Kwik Fill Gas Station at 1057 Route 13 for a disorderly man refusing to leave the store.

Deputies found 29 year old Brian Church of 66 Penguin Dr. had been involved in a argument with his ex-girlfriend, who was working at the gas station at the time. Police say Church called the woman several times and threatened to punch her in the face, he then showed up at the store and exposed himself in a lewd manner.

Church was arrested charged with misdemeanor counts of aggravated harassment and public lewdness. Church was arriagned in Cortlandville Town Court and sent to the Cortland County Jail on $1 thousand dollars Cash or $ 2 thousand dollars bond. He was due back in Court on July 1st.
