Man Who Was Arrested With Meth Last Summer To Spend Year In Prison
A Cortland man who was arrested last June along with his girlfriend for making the drug methamphetamine in their Lincoln Street Apartment will spend up to a year in state prison.

44 year old John Rosen of 76 Lincoln Ave was sentenced Thursday, in addition to the prison time he faces a year of post release supervison after he gets out.

Rosen and 45 year old Renee Perfetti were both arrested after police found a meth lab in their home. Police made the discovery after neighbors reported a strong chemical odor coming from the multi family home.

Rosen pled guilty to two felony counts of manufacturing meth in exchange for the agreed upon sentence.

Perfetti pled guilty to one felony count of unlawful manufacture of meth, she was sentenced to 5 years probation.
