Cortlandville Man Accused of Threatening His Girlfriend With a Knife
A Cortlandville man is facing multiple charges after he threatened his girlfriend with a knife and took her wallet.
 
Cortland County Sheriff's Deputies responded to 45 Penguin Drive Friday afternoon for a report of a domestic disturbance. 
 
An unidentified woman at that address reported that her boyfriend 53 year old Ricky Epp had punched her, threatened her with a knife and took her wallet which contained credit cards. Epp had left the home prior to police arrival, he was later stopped in the City of Cortland.
 
Epp was charged with a felony count of Grand Larceny, misdemeanor charges of Menacing, Criminal Possession of weapon, and harassment a violation.
 
Epp was arraigned in the Town of Cortlandville Court and released, he is due in Court on Monday.
 
Police say the victim did not sustain any injuries as a result of the domestic.
