Cortland County SPCA Looking For Information on Dog Found Near Luker Road
The Cortland County SPCA is asking for the public’s help finding the owner of a dog that may have been abandoned.

On Sunday evening the Cortland SPCA received a telephone call from a concerned citizen regarding a dog that was sitting on the side of the road on Route 281 in the Town of Cortlandville just south of Luker Road.

Humane Officers responded and found the dog; they say she is a black female miniature Poodle, estimated to be between 4 and 6 years old.  The dog was found with what appears to be multiple old and tattered bandages on its front left leg.

If anyone has any information regarding the owner of this dog they are asked to call the Cortland Community SPCA, Law Enforcement Department at 607-753-9386.
