Freeville Man Facing Felony D-W-I Charges After Being Stopped For Driving Too Slow
A Freeville man is facing felony D-W-I charges after he was stopped for driving too slow in the Town of Lansing.

Just before two o’clock Saturday morning Tompkins County Sheriff’s Deputies stopped 36 year old Philip E. Nicely II of Freeville, for driving too slow on Ridge Road.
 
Deputies say Nicely was drunk behind the wheel.
 
Nicely was charged with driving too slow, a felony count of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle without an ignition interlock device which he is required to have due to a previous D-W-I conviction and two felony counts of driving while intoxicated.

Nicely was remanded to the Tompkins County Jail and is to appear in the Town of Lansing Court on April 4th.
