Marathon Man Claims He Violated Court Order Out of Necessity
A Town of Marathon man is facing a felony charge after violating an order of protection.
 
30 year old Michael Natalie of 1216 McGraw Marathon Road was arrested by Cortland City Police Wednesday evening and charged with a felony count of criminal contempt.
 
Natalie is accused of going to home on Randall Street in violation of a valid court order, he told officers he had no place else to go. Officers found him a holding cell to stay in until his arraignment today in Cortland City Court.
