Last Friday Cortland County Sheriff’s Deputies stopped a vehicle for speeding on Route 41 in Homer, the driver 41 year old Dawn M. Royea, of Brogan Manor Apartment’s in Auburn,  was found to be driving with a suspended driver’s license.
