Cortland Police Arrest Convicted Felon For Possessing Firearms
A Cortland man is facing a weapons possession charge; he’s a convicted felon who was found with two firearms.

Cortland City Police say they responded to 25 Pendleton Street for a reported domestic dispute.
Police say 49 year old Gregory Williams of that address was involved in a dispute; further investigation found Williams was in possession of a rifle and a shotgun illegally as he is a convicted felon.
Williams served time for a robbery conviction, he was charged with a misdemeanor count of weapons possession arraigned in Cortland City Court and sent to the County jail on $500 cash or $1 thousand dollars bond, and he’s due back in court on the 20th.
