A man is in stable condition at the hospital after being shot early Tuesday morning.
Ithaca and Cornell Police both responded to 100 Oak Avenue around 1:30 a.m. Tuesday.
Upon arrival, a 22 year old male victim was found alert, conscious, and walking with a non-fatal gunshot wound. He could not identify the shooter.
Nearby residents said they heard four or five gun shots but could not see the suspect. A dark colored car was spotted leaving the scene.
The male victim is currently hospitalized and in stable condition.
