State Police in LaFayette have charged 38 year old Stephen Arthur of 80 South St., Auburn with a felony count of sexual abuse and a misdemeanor charge of endangering the welfare of a child.
 

Police did not say when or where the alleged abuse occurred, Arthur was arraigned in Tully Town Court and remanded to the Onondaga County Jail  in lieu of $50,000 cash or $100,000 bond. He is scheduled to re-appear in Tully Town Court on Jan. 29.
