Cortland Man Accused of Improper Touching

49 year old Glen Heller of 6 Clinton Avenue, Cortland was arrested Thursday evening and charged with a misdemeanor count of forcible touching.
Cortland Police say on Tuesday Heller is accused of grabbing a 32 year old woman multiple times.
Heller was ticketed and released, and is due back in court later this month.
