City Police have arrested 22 year old Jennifer Clink of 57 Grant Street, Cortland, 21 year old Crystal Hinkle of 5214 Route 11, Homerand 19 year old Brittany Hartwick of 5711 Howell Road, Locke; all three have been charged with a misdemeanor count of assault.
 

Police say back on December 17th the women were involved in an argument with a 42 year old woman on Elm Street. During the argument they are accused of kicking and punching the victim.
 

All three were ticketed and released.
