Couple Charged With Credit Card Fraud and Identity Theft
A Cortland County couple is facing charges after they used a credit card without the owner’s permission.
40 year Ryan Card of 66 Cayuga Street, Homer and 34 year old April Card who lists an address at the Days Inn in Cortlandville were arrested Tuesday for allegedly utilizing a convenience store credit card for purchases on multiple occasions.
Ryan Card was charged with misdemeanor counts of conspiracy and petit larceny in addition to a felony count of grand larceny.
April Card was charged with felony counts of grand larceny, forgery, criminal possession of a forged instrument, identity theft, along with misdemeanor charges of conspiracy, and petit larceny
Ryan Card was awaiting arraignment on the charges; April Card was arraigned in Cortlandville Town Court and was remanded to the Cortland County Jail on noo bail.
