On Thursday evening members the Cortland County Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at 45 Church St. Apt.#2. 

 

Police say inside the apartment they found an undisclosed quantity of crack cocaine, drug related paraphernalia, and money.

 

52 year Mark Soprano who lives in the apartment and 21 year old Wynona Williams, of 165 Harold St. Syracuse were both arrested and each charged with a felony count of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree.

 

Both were arraigned in the City of Cortland Court and remanded to the Cortland County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond to appear at a later date. The investigation is on-going.
