24-year-old Kevin Miller of 763 East Keeney Road, Cuyler was arrested last June and again in August by Cortland City Police.

In June, Miller was charged with a felony count of rape for having sexual contact with a 15-year-old Cortland girl back on May 7th. Police say the two were acquaintances.
 

Miller was arrested again on August 29th for having sexual contact with a 15 year old girl.
 

A Cortland County Grand jury recently handed up two separate indictments against Miller, the first charges him with a felony count of burglary, two felony counts of rape, sexual misconduct and endangering the welfare of a child.
 

The second indictment charges Miller with rape, sexual misconduct, and endangering the welfare of a child.
 

Miller was arraigned on the charges Thursday and held in the Cortland County jail on $20 thousand dollars cash bail or $40 thousand dollars bond.
