Cortland City Police have charged 21 year old William McIntosh of 14 Port Watson Street with a felony count of burglary and misdemeanor charges of criminal tampering and criminal mischief.
 

Police say McIntosh kicked in the front door of a home on Randall Street just before 5:30 Saturday morning, inside he is accused of urinating on the floor and damaging property in the home.
 

McIntosh apparently did not know the property owners who were home at the time and called police.
 

McIntosh was arraigned City Court and sent to the County Jail on $2 thousand dollars cash or $5 thousand dollars bond, he’s due back in court later this week.
