Cortland County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a one car crash just early Saturday morning  on McLean Road. Police say 25 year old Richard T. Duffy of Deibler Drive, Freeville, drove off the road and over an embankment into a grassy ditch area, no one was injured in the crash.  

Police say Duffy was intoxicated he was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated, both misdemeanors and driving across hazard markings, a traffic infraction.

Duffy was released on appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Cortlandville Court  on January 14th.
