Cortland Men Facing Burglary Charges

Two Cortland men are accused of breaking into a home last month.

Cortland City Police say 29 year old Joseph Holl of 4 Union Street and 30 year old William Miles of 1 East Garfield Street were both arrested Sunday morning and each charged with a felony count of burglary and grand larceny.

Police say back on November 20th witnesses saw the two men break into a home on Garfield Street where they are accused of taking a television and X-Box video game console.

Both were arraigned in City Court and sent to the County Jail, Holl was held without bail Miles was held on $500 cash or $1 thousand dollars bond. Both are due in court today.
