Cortland Man Facing Robbery & Burglary Charges
 A Cortland man is facing robbery and burglary charges following a break-in on Tompkins Street.

41 year old Patrick Murray of 88 Port Watson Street was arrested Sunday on two separate warrants charging him with felony counts of burglary and robbery.
Murray who has an extensive criminal history is accused of breaking into a home and stealing cash, as he was leaving the property a neighbor confronted Murray, the two fought and Murray is accused of taking money from the man.
Murray was later located at a home on Homer Ave. but refused to come out and fought with police. Murray was later hospitalized for two days due to drug and alcohol related health problems.
Murray is being held in the county jail without bail.
