** Update** Train Has Been Moved **Train Broke Down on Port Watson Street in Cortland Causing Traffic Delays
The morning commute in Cortland is going to be a bit tougher today, a train has broke down at the rail crossing on Port Watson Street.

The engine broke down around 8 o'clock this morning and is expected to be down for the next two to three hours. The train is blocking Port Watson Street, and traffic is being rerouted. 

Drivers are advised to avoid the area until the train is back up and running.
