Groton Man Wanted For Petit Larceny Found With Prescription Pain Killer and Syringe
A Groton man is facing charges that he possessed a prescription drug and a hypodermic needle illegally.
 
29 year old Matthew Kehn of Elm Street Ext., Groton was arrested last Friday and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th and criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument; both misdemeanors.
 
Cortland County Sheriff’s Deputies picked Kehn up on a warrant charging him with petit larceny, during the arrest officers found Kehn with a single pill of the prescription pain killer Opana and the needle. Kehn does not have prescription for the drug.
 
Kehn was arraigned in Solon Town Court and released.
