Harford Woman Accused of Stealing From Local Walmart Store Twice in One Day
A Town of Harford woman is facing charges; she’s accused of stealing items from the Cortlandville Walmart Store.

32-year-old Rhonda Couch of 1148 Route 221, Harford was arrested last week by Cortland County Sheriff’s Deputies and charged with two misdemeanor counts of petit larceny.

Last Tuesday night around 11:30 PM, Officers were called Walmart Store for a report of a female shoplifter. Police say Couch dumped the merchandise and fled on foot.

Officers later discovered that Couch had already been in the store earlier in day and stole items. Couch was later located with the stolen merchandise, she was arrested and issued Appearance Tickets and is due in Cortlandville Town Court on the 29th.
